Brittany Mahomes shares glimpse inside her pregnancy workout alongside fellow Chiefs WAG Lyndsay Bell

Brittany Mahomes is sharing the secrets to how she’s staying in shape while pregnant with her and Patrick Mahomes’ third baby.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model reposted a video from personal trainer Kirsty Rae, which showed her working out alongside fellow Kansas City Chiefs WAG Lyndsay Bell.

“We workingggggg,” Brittany, 29, captioned the clip, adding a muscle emoji.

The Chiefs WAG is pregnant with her and Patrick Mahomes’ third child.
In the video, Brittany could be seen standing in a home gym while working out her biceps – with her growing baby bump on full display in her matching leopard-print bra and leggings set.

At one point, she joined Bell for some heavier lifting, placing weights on their shoulders while they slowly squatted up and down.

Per the Fetal Health Foundation, working out while pregnant can help ease postpartum recovery and can improve a mother’s health both during and after pregnancy.

Brittany also worked out her biceps.
Brittany previously spoke about her regular workout routine after she made her debut as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model back in May, before she was pregnant.

“People have asked me a lot what I did in the gym to get ‘Swimsuit Ready’. Fun fact – I shot for @si_swimsuit on literally a week’s notice 🤪,” she captioned a video of her working out at the time.

“I always preach that staying consistent in the gym and fueling my body well is what helps me be the best version of myself year-round, not just during swimsuit season!”

Brittany then listed out one of her “simple but effective” routines she normally sticks to that included moves like single leg deadlifts, curtsey lunges and hip thrusts, among others.

Brittany’s exercise routine has since been modified after announcing in July that she and Patrick were expecting their third child.

“Family of 5 coming soon🥹 blessings on blessings🙏🏻🤍,” she wrote under a sweet photoshoot with her husband and daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 1.

Later that same month, the family played a massive game of tic-tac-toe to reveal that their third child will be a girl.
