Prosecutors hit back after Diddy’s defense team claimed Cassie was the one who hit Diddy first in the leaked hotel footage. They alleged that there was a third person present

Footage taken of Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs beating Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway was seemingly referenced in a New York indictment, but prosecutors insist there is a twist.

During his arraignment hearing after being slapped with a federal indictment, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs’ legal team pointed fingers at “Victim-1” for an alleged altercation that took place at a hotel in 2016. The details described in the indictment directly lines up with those of the formerly leaked video. The footage identified in the document obtained by The Mirror purportedly shows Diddy “kicked, dragged, and threw a vase at a woman as she was attempting to leave.”

Diddy’s attorneys are flipping the script, claiming that the woman, seemingly Cassie, instigated the encounter. “She has left him in the hotel with no clothes after hitting him in the head with a cell phone,” the attorney stated, alleging that Cassie found what she thought to be evidence of him cheating on the phone. However, the U.S. Attorney’s office revealed that there was an eyewitness to the event on their side, a previously unknown detail.

According to prosecutor Emily Johnson, Cassie did not hit Diddy and a s3x worker was present in the room as they had just allegedly finished one of Diddy’s “freak offs.”

During these s3xual gatherings, the rapper allegedly “used force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims to engage in extended s3x acts with male commercial s3x workers.” His attorney vehemently refuted these claims, asserting that the events were consensual for everyone involved. The lawyer mentioned being in touch with s3x workers present during the incidents who confirmed that there was no nonconsensual activity. “Does everyone have to experience being intimate this way? ” the attorney questioned. “No. Is it s3x trafficking? No.”

Diddy’s legal team has fired back against the allegations of abuse, insisting that any s3xual encounters were consensual and “part of the way that these two adults wanted to be intimate,” further stating: “We are all better off if the federal government does not come into people’s bedrooms.”
