The American journalist, who worked for NBC News for 22 years before joining The Talk, looks totally unrecognizable after undergoing a transformation that left her family “terrified”.
The makeover came as part of the CBS show’s final-ever Halloween episode before the show concludes at the end of the year following its axe.
The show shared a snap of the co-hosts all dressed up for the occasion, writing, “The excitement is REAL with this costume reveal for our final ROCKTOBER.
“Full episode with performances by our hosts airs Thursday!”
In the snap, Jerry O’Connell takes on Cher, Sheryl Underwood is Rick James, Amanda Kloots is dressed as Britney Spears, Akbar Gbajabiamila transforms into MC Hammer, and Natalie Morales becomes Pitbull.
Writing underneath the Instagram post revealing the co-host’s looks, one person penned, “Omg sooo good!”
“Wow all look amazingly beautiful,” wrote a second.
And a third added, “You all look great too, so fun.”
Speaking about becoming Pitbull for the Halloween episode, Natalie lifted the lid on what it was like and what her family thought of her very different appearance.
Pitbull, whose real name is Armando Christian Pérez, is an American rapper, singer and actor.
The hitmaker, known for his tracks such as Timber and On The Floor, began his career in the early 2000s as a reggaeton, Latin hip hop, and crunk performer.
Natalie told People that transforming into Pitbull “felt funny”.
“I’ve played a boy before, but never a man. I wanted to be a man, a manly man,” she added.
BECOMING PITBULL
Talking about wearing a bald cap and how it took a “long time” to get on, she revealed what the process was and how long it actually took her.
Natalie spoke about how when wearing a bald cap, your hair has to be gelled down before a cotton insulation “thing” is added “to give you a perfectly round head”.
She then added that it took two and a half hours to get the bald cap on and to get transformed into the iconic singer.
‘IT’S TERRIFYING’
But then Natalie revealed exactly what her family thought of her look, by sharing how she sent them photos via text.
“Stop it. Stop it. It’s terrifying,” she says they responded, with them adding, “Delete, delete. I can’t have this be [sic] the last picture on my feed.”

In April 2024, CBS announced that The Talk would not be renewed for a 16th season.
According to Deadline, the long-running talk show was the lowest-rated show on CBS’ daytime programming block.
The Talk’s 15th and final season will conclude in December 2024.
