Titans Superstar WR DeAndre Hopkins Reveals Where He Wants To Play Amid Trade RumorsDeAndre Hopkins (Photo by Johnnie Izquierdo/Getty Images)
Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has been widely mentioned in trade rumors amid a frustrating season in Music City, but the 32-year-old knows exactly where he’d like to be once the Nov. 5 deadline passes.

DeAndre Hopkins is in the final season of a two-year deal he signed with Tennessee in 2023 free agency following his release from the Arizona Cardinals. With the Titans (1-4) out of the playoff race, it makes sense for GM Ran Carthon to trade “Nuk” instead of risking him for nothing in free agency next spring.

Speaking to reporters, however, the five-time Pro Bowler made it clear that he desires to stay right where he is in Music City.

“I love my life. I love where I am,” DeAndre Hopkins said, via Jim Wyatt of the team’s official website. “God put me where I need to be, and He always will. I play football.”

Many were surprised when Hopkins signed with the rebuilding Titans as a free agent, since Super Bowl contenders like the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens needed extra help at wide receiver.

In his first season with the Titans, DeAndre Hopkins caught 75 passes for 1,057 yards and seven touchdowns. Over Tennessee’s first five games of 2024, he has 14 catches for 175 yards and one score.

Titans Should Trade DeAndre Hopkins

The Titans made a mistake by holding on to superstar running back Derrick Henry last year instead of trading him. The two-time rushing champion left for nothing in free agency and is having an excellent first year with the Baltimore Ravens.

As he’ll be 33 years of age next season, it’s hard to envision Hopkins signing a new deal with Tennessee. They have a murky quarterback situation and questions on the offensive line, whereas a Super Bowl contender like Kansas City, Buffalo, Detroit or even Green Bay could use him as a possible WR1.

Tennessee can’t let another star offensive weapon walk for nothing. They should trade Hopkins before the Nov. 5 deadline and get something in return.

Travis Kelce Used One Word To Describe His Whirlwind Relationship With Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce is proud to have girlfriend Taylor Swift by his side, and he doesn’t mind that the whole world is watching.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been dating since at least September 2023 when she shocked everybody by showing up to Arrowhead Stadium. The move came months after Kelce first publicly expressed interest in Swift, after attending one of her concerts and failing to send a friendship bracelet to her with his number on it.

Travis Kelce knows just how obsessed the world is with his relationship.

“I’m very aware,” Kelce said when asked whether he understands the “impact” his romance with Taylor Swift was having on the NFL.

“Obviously, this is mostly because Taylor’s in my life now and we got her [to be] part of Chiefs Kingdom,” he explained in a resurfaced interview with sports reporter Laura Okmin ahead of the Super Bowl.

“And sure enough, that brought an entire entourage of human beings who just love to support her and love to support everything that she’s about.”

He used an incredible word to describe their relationship.

“With that being said, I do, you know, have a guarded approach to it,” he explained before Super Bowl 58. “But at the same time, I know what me and Taylor have is special, so I get [the interest].”

Taylor Swift was spotted at 13 of Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs football games this past season, first popping up in a box at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri on Sept. 24, 2023. The team won 10 of the 13 games at which she’s been in attendance.

That also included the team winning playoff games over the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, and then the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl.

Kelce finished the Super Bowl with nine receptions for 93 yards, including a crucial catch in overtime.

The 34-year-old slowed down slightly in 2023, finishing with 93 catches for 984 yards and five touchdowns. It should be noted he did miss two games, Week 1 due to injury and Week 17 as he chose to sit out with the Chiefs not playing for anything.
