Cincinnati Bengals star cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt doesn’t regret what he said about the Jayden Daniels-led Washington Commanders offense, even if his trash talk aged poorly.
Last week, Cam Taylor-Britt took a shot at the Commanders by calling Kliff Kingsbury’s offensive system a “nice college offense,” stating that they kept it “simple for” Jayden Daniels.

Well, that “nice college offense’ lit up Taylor-Britt’s Bengals for 38 points in a stunning five-point victory at Paycor Stadium. The loss dropped Cincy to 0-3 on the year, already likely ending their bid at a return to the postseason.
Speaking to reporters after the game, however, the Bengals standout cornerback refused to back down from his previous comments. Taylor-Britt expressed no “regret” despite being put in his place by Jayden Daniels and the Commanders, per Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
“I don’t regret it,” Taylor-Britt said. ‘I didn’t mean anything malicious out of the comment. It was made bigger than it was. Yes, I can eat my words most definitely. We did take an L today.”
