Pat, 77, might not be working on the hit competition, but his daughter is still making quite an impact.

Ryan Seacrest, 49, was previously announced to have replaced the long-time host on the hit game show.

The former American Idol announcer previously came under fire when he made his debut alongside Vanna White, 67.

His predecessor hosted the beloved television format for over 30 years, fronting the show from 1981 until 2024.

Although he no longer appears on-camera, he still works as a supervising producer and consultant behind the scenes.

His daughter Maggie, 29, still has an important role as the on-air social media correspondent.

Taking to the shows official Instagram account, the blonde host gave viewers a tour of the remodelled studio.

She appeared on-camera wearing a slimming lime green body-con dress as she showed fans round the Wheel of Fortune set.

“You might have noticed a few changes to this set since last season, starting here with this very cool sign, with our new logo.

“The whole set is sort in homage to classic Wheel of Fortune. It’s a little bit retro.

“The whole orientation of the set is a little bit different too. So the wheel has been moved over a little bit, it’s nice and roomy up here!

“And we have this really cool platform, where the floor is actually an LED screen, and you can walk on it, dance on it, do whatever you want on it.

“Then come over here we have this amazing screen, and this is where Ryan and Vanna come out.

“So this whole screen will part, they wait right here, and then it opens. It’s really cool, because you can’t even tell that these are doors.”

However some of the beloved studio features still remain the same, although they have been given a slight refresh for the new season.

Wheel of Fortune’s big changes

The game show has undergone a major transformation now that Ryan Seacrest has taken over hosting duties for Pat Sajak.

-Ryan and Vanna White now host on a brand-new set, featuring a blue-toned stage, a green screen and art-deco wheel design.

-Ryan and Vanna make their big entrance from behind new sliding, brightly lit doors.

-Vanna turns – or now, touches – a modern, digital puzzle board controlled by lasers.

-Ryan brings a new hosting style, and has ditched Pat’s signature cue cards.

-The prizes have also been upgraded, and now include tickets to NFL games, and tickets to A-list concerts.

“So our beautiful puzzle board screen is the same, but the border has changed.

“We still have our used letter board up here for the players that is no different.”
