Kelce’s mansion, situated on a 3.5-acre lot in a secluded cul-de-sac, is an entertainer’s dream that offers privacy for the celebrity couple.

The property includes a two-level movie theater, a wine cellar, a club room with a bar, and an expansive pool area with a hot tub, waterfall, and spacious patio.

With amenities like a gym, sauna, tennis/pickleball court, and even a miniature golf course, Kelce’s home has no shortage of recreational options-now including a personal underground golf simulator.

While the Chiefs star has seen a lucrative career-earning over $93 million and recently signing a two-year, $34.25 million contract extension-his off-field ventures have also bolstered his fortune.

Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights,” which he co-hosts with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, is valued at over $100 million, solidifying his financial footing to fund high-end home projects like this.

The Leawood Public Works Department recently confirmed the excavation permit for Kelce’s residence, and construction is underway.
