Brooklyn Nets star Ben Simmons has always been confident in his basketball abilities, especially after proving his dominance during his time with the Philadelphia 76ers. However, since joining the Nets, he has frequently found himself under the microscope, drawing criticism from fans whether he is in practice, warmups, or playing in games, even when dealing with injuries.
Before the Nets’ matchup against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, Simmons became the center of attention during warmups. To the surprise of many, Simmons missed every shot he attempted.
Unfortunately for Simmons and the Nets, his pregame struggles seemed to carry over into the game itself. The Knicks defeated the Nets in a closely contested 128-124 battle.
As the video of Simmons’ warmup performance circulated on social media, fans were quick to criticize the former All-Star. Many expressed disbelief at how someone with his shooting struggles could have made it to the NBA.

Ben Simmons Struggles As Nets Fall To Knicks
The Brooklyn Nets had high hopes for Ben Simmons when they acquired him, inspired by his strong performances with the Philadelphia 76ers. However, Simmons has yet to deliver the impactful performances expected of him.
In the Nets’ recent game against the New York Knicks, Simmons’ struggles were on full display. Over 25 minutes of play, he managed only four points, seven rebounds, and five assists. The loss brought their record to 5-8. This season, Simmons has averaged 5.9 points, 6 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game. It’s a contrast to his days as a dominant force with the 76ers.
PHOTOS: Everyone Was Saying The Same Thing About The Jaw-Dropping Hockey Fan Who Was Distracting The Crowd At Leafs-Devils Game
A photo of a female hockey fan who was busting out of her jeans at a Leafs-Devils game in early 2024 has gone viral online again.
Said supporter was pictured in the stands wearing a Devils Jack Hughes jersey, but that was probably the least interesting thing about her as a lower body part caused her to trend on X.
A new set of photos of her showing her assets off has popped up online ahead of the weekend, with one of the accounts posting asking, “Are you a hockey fan?”
