Colin Kaepernick is having some significant issues that many people across the nation can identify with.
The former NFL quarterback, who hasn’t played in the NFL since 2016, has been trying to sell his New York condo ever since he put the Tribeca condo on the market in April.
However, it remains unsold months later.
To help move things along, Colin Kaepernick has decided to cut the price in hopes of it making a difference.
According to MarketWatch, the condo was listed at $3.45 million in April, but its price has now changed to $3.35 million.
The condo was originally purchased for $3.21 million.

More from MarketWatch:
“The listing states that the apartment is in ‘immaculate condition.’ The offering also includes a storage room and a private parking spot, valued at approximately $250,000.
“Building residents have access to a full-time door attendant, an on-site resident manager, a private parking garage, a gym, and an outdoor heated pool. Other units in the building currently on the market include a smaller two-bedroom condo for $2,795,000 and a larger three-bedroom pad for $5,495,000.”
Colin Kaepernick sparked controversy in 2016 by sitting, then kneeling, during the National Anthem before several games to protest the police shootings of Black men and other social injustices faced by the Black community.
In March 2017, he opted out of his 49ers contract and became a free agent.
He has remained in that status ever since, as no NFL team would touch him.
Colin Kaepernick Still Wants To Play In The League
Colin Kaepernick was practically banned from the NFL, as no franchise would even take his call for becoming such a divisive figure and a symbol of anti-patriotism for at least half the country.
However, despite his advanced age, Kaepernick has remained hopeful that he will someday be able to return to activity.
The 36-year-old told Sky Sports he’s still training and pushing for a return to the league.
“We’re still training, still pushing,” Kaepernick told Sky Sports News. “So, hopefully. We’ve just got to get one of these team owners to open up.
“It’s something I’ve trained my whole life for, so to be able to step back on the field, I think that would be a major moment, a major accomplishment for me. I think I could bring a lot to a team and help them win a championship.”
Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh was trying to make that happen, but not as a player.
He was hoping he joined the coaching staff.
“If that was ever the path he was to take, I think that would be tremendous,” Harbaugh said. “He’d be a tremendous coach, if that’s the path he chose.”
Harbaugh said he had contacted his former quarterback earlier in the year but that nothing had yet come of the conversation, so he moved on.

Kaepernick took to said platform to post a tribute to Harry Belafonte, who passed away this Tuesday at the age of 96.
The former singer, actor, and activist had a relationship with Kap, who shared a photo of the two of them together in 2019.
“Thank you, Mr. B, for all of your years of mentorship, guidance, and lifetime of activism fighting for a better future for all of us,” the QB captioned the photo. “You will be missed by many, but your memory and impact live on. I’m eternally grateful for our time together. Rest in Power.”
“Mr. B will be sadly missed. He brought so much talent to the world. RiP HB,” a user wrote in the comments.

Belafonte was a vocal supporter of Kaepernick following the protest actions from the former NFL signal-caller that saw him kneel during the national anthem before games during the 2016 season.
The famed activist praised the QB for his bravery.
“I think that when a black voice is raised in protest to oppression, those who are comfortable with our oppression are the first to criticize us for daring to speak out against it,” he told Roland Martin during a 2016 interview. “I think that it’s a noble thing that he’s done.”
Belafonte was also close to Martin Luther King Jr., oftentimes putting his career at risk to take up the fight against social injustice. He continued to speak on racial and political matters into his older years.
