Tom Brady went shirtless again this Monday, having done some work in the broadcast booth for FOX the previous day.

The former NFL quarterback is now the lead football analyst at said network, having finally started this season after taking a year off following his retirement.

Brady was on commentating duty this weekend and, as of Monday, was back in the gym. He shared his workout with his Instagram followers, showing his shirtless body off as he pointed out that his new job doesn’t absolve him from staying fit.

He also revealed that he’s recently added swimming to his regimen.

“Color analysts have to stay in shape too!” Brady captioned his post. “Added some swimming into the workout routine this year… great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once.”

The seven-time Super Bowl champion let fans in on his morning circuit, which he said was made up of “4×100 free, 4×25 fast, 25 recovery, 2×200 free … 20x Weighted step up, 20x Heavy resistance band pushup [and] 10x Box Jump.”

He repeated those four times.

Tom Brady Was Too Much For Some Fans

Needless to say, the reactions to Brady’s post were in plentitude.

“Workout is doing your body good 🔥🔥🔥😍😍,” a user commented.

“The dolphins need you,” another wrote under the post.

“jesus take the wheel,” said a third.

“I LOVE YOU TOM ❤️,” a fourth declared.

“damn, that is real dedication and consistency,” a comment read.

“what week are you coming back?” someone else asked.

The former Patriots and Buccaneers QB has been calling Cowboys games these last three weeks but won’t be covering them next weekend as they play on Thursday night.

He’s expected to work the Pats’ game against the 49ers on Sunday.

Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre has taken a swipe at pop sensation Taylor Swift for political reasons ahead of the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.

The 11-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro is known to be a supporter of former President Donald Trump and has previously endorsed him.

He’s since taken a shot at Swift, who recently endorsed Democratic candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris following Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes informing everyone that he wouldn’t endorse a candidate.

“Good take by Mahomes,” he wrote in a tweet.

“I see a lot of celebs trying to influence their audience instead of letting the people think for themselves. If the best choice for them ain’t clear and they’re easily swayed by their fav pop artist, it’s not going to be a good thing.”
