An insider close to Taylor Swift reveals her relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce has changed her for the better as the Eras Tour star begins to let go of her insecurities and embraces her true self.
Kelce, who plays as a tight end, is known for not taking himself too seriously and for enjoying the thrills of life and it seems as though he’s passing this trait onto his 34-year-old girlfriend as she begins to loosen her hair more.
“Her relationship with Travis has strengthened so many parts of her and made her more confident and fearless,” a source told Life & Style. “Finding a love like this has changed Taylor.
“Taylor has always been a strong woman, but she’s also battled self-doubt and feared criticism like anyone else.
“She says getting older and being in a healthy, loving relationship has allowed her to let go of a lot of that.”

The couple have been dating for around 14 months and only continue to go from strength-to-strength with rumors of a potential engagement on the horizon between the pop star and the three-time Super Bowl champion.
But regardless of whether they’re ready to pop that question yet, Swift’s family and friends are happy to see her being her true self more often than not as she enjoys her calm and stable relationship.
“With Travis, she doesn’t seem so concerned with what people are or aren’t seeing,” an insider continued. “It’s refreshing for everyone to witness her being so much more relaxed and authentic.
