Will Taylor Swift Be at Travis Kelce’s First Pre-Season Chiefs Game Against the Jaguars?

A scheduling change may just allow for the singer’s NFL debut earlier rather than later this season.

With the Chiefs gearing up for their first game this summer, kicking off the preseason events with an away game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday, Aug. 10, fans are certainly starting to wonder if and when Taylor Swift will make her first big NFL appearance to support her beau, Travis Kelce.

Well, until the afternoon of Wednesday, Aug. 7, it was safe to say that the answer was, unfortunately, no, as Swift was set to be wrapping up her 3-day Eras Tour stint in Vienna, Austria, the same evening as the game.

However, on the afternoon of Aug. 7, all three of her concerts in the Austrian capital were canceled due to reported governmental confirmation of a planned terrorist attack against the stadium, making it highly likely that she’ll leave the country sooner rather than later—if she’d even arrived yet.

It’s possible that she’ll head home for the duration of the unplanned break, making it a possibility for her to be spotted during the Chiefs’ game, but there’s also a chance she’ll head right to London, where her final European dates are scheduled to take place between Aug. 15 and Aug. 20.

Swift won’t be available to attend the second of three of the team’s pre-season matchups, either, as it interferes with one of her London dates. However, with the very last show in London happening on Aug. 20, she’ll likely arrive home in time for the final pre-season game against the Chicago Bears on Aug. 22.

As we all know by now, the singer doesn’t believe in the effects of jetlag (at least not when it comes to energizing herself for the big game), so exhaustion won’t be a concern for her.
