Jason Kelce has revealed that despite being the brother of Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, he’s been turning down the chance to score free tickets to her “Eras Tour.”

Speaking on ‘The Rich Eisen Show,’ the former Philadelphia Eagles center shared that Swift has graciously offered unlimited tickets, but he constantly refuses to not unsettle the dynamic.

Kelce explained his stance saying: “Thankfully I don’t get a lot of people reaching out for Taylor Swift tickets. As much as Taylor has said she will take care of anybody that I asked for,” which left Eisen in disbelief, prompting him to ask: “Are you serious?”.

Kelce explained: “She does say that, she’s very, she’s great, but I still say no to everybody,” highlighting he doesn’t want to exploit the offer or affect their relationship.

He added: “She’s been nothing but lovely to our family. She’s a wonderful person and I don’t want that to kind of be a dynamic.”

The discussion struck a chord with Eisen, who acknowledged the complications that Swift’s open-door policy on tickets might bring: “So she’s given you the clear path to the tickets and you’re just shutting it down,” he observed. “Makes sense, because after a while, you know once, twice…”

Kelce echoed this concern about drawing boundaries: “Where’s the line? So I’m not even broaching the line. I’m staying away from the line.”

However, this isn’t to say Kelce doesn’t appreciate Swift’s talents. Over summer, the former NFL ace admitted he was moved during Swift’s Wembley Stadium performance.

In June, Kelce, alongside his wife Kylie, experienced their first ‘Eras Tour’ concert in London. Speaking on the “New Heights Podcast”, he praised Swift’s outstanding show: “It was insanely impressive,” he said.

“Obviously Taylor’s an amazing singer-songwriter, but then to be able to go out there and be a performer at that level for how long she was up there for, like, three and a half hours, four hours?

“If I did what she did for one song, I would have to change my clothes. Man, I’m tired of drinking these beers and Taylor’s still singing.”

In October, Kelce was spotted at the final show of Swift’s Eras tour in Miami, Florida. The NFL star seemed to be taking a quick snooze while his girlfriend rocked Hard Rock Stadium.

Beau Allen, Kelce’s ex-Eagles teammate, shared a snap on social media showing Kelce with his eyes shut as everyone else grooved to Swift’s tunes.
