Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship is reportedly heading to a very important stage as a new report claims that the NFL star will soon propose to the singer.

The “Bad Blood” crooner and the NFL heartthrob have been making headlines with their whirlwind romance, and sources close to the couple are now claiming that their relationship is about to reach new heights.

According to Page Six, the Grammy-winning singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end are about to take the ultimate step in their relationship—getting engaged! “The engagement is happening soon,” the insider said, although a Kelce source has reportedly denied that there is an official engagement plan in place.

According to the news outlet, they were alleged to have gotten engaged already when the wife of a top Chiefs executive was heard telling her pals about it while sitting in a suite at a Kansas City concert by country star Morgan Wallen. However, neither Swift nor Kelce has yet to confirm this.

The couple recently marked their first dating anniversary and have not been shy about flaunting how much they’ve fallen in love.

“The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone,” Swift said in her interview with Time. “And we’re just proud of each other.”

Kelce also shared in a 2023 interview with WSJ Magazine that he’s not afraid of the public attention their relationship has received.

Despite their busy schedules, the pair have managed to maintain close ties. They’re often pictured going out on exotic dinner dates or attending each other’s music shows or football games.
However, as Kelce prepares for the new NFL season and Swift continues the European leg of her Eras world tour, they’ve had less time to spend together. A source told Life & Style Magazine they’re secretly worried about being apart.

“They’ve both gotten so codependent the idea that they won’t see each other for even a few weeks is totally sickening for them,” the insider shared.
“Taylor is especially freaked out because she’s always got this fear of other women trying to get at Travis hanging over her head,” the source explained. “She trusts him and he’s not done anything to make her worry, but the reality is he’s a guy and there’s always temptation.”
