KIM Kardashian has shocked fans with her very different appearance in a new photo.

The Skims founder shared a pic with a celebrity photographer on her Instagram Stories on Sunday.

In the photo, Kim, 43, smiled at the camera as visual artist Mert Alas hugged her from behind.

The Hulu star wore a skintight, sheer outfit, with crystals covering the white fabric.

Kim had her hair in a straight middle part, and ditched her natural dark brunette shade for a light, buttery blond.

The reality television personality wore a full face of makeup, emphasizing her huge pout and tiny nose.

One fan posted the image on Reddit, and asked, “Who is this again?”

“Crazy how she doesn’t even look like the same person anymore,” said another in response.

“Her hair, face and body are ruined,” a second fan added.

“She looks like a straight up alien at this point,” slammed a third social media user.

“Wow she looks awful,” another critic wrote.

“Ghastly,” a fifth agreed.

“Her smile is so scary and weird. Ew,” a final commenter blasted.

PLASTIC MAGIC

While fans think that surgery could be behind Kim’s new look, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett agreed with speculation, and told The U.S. Sun he thought Kim may have spent up to $170,000 on surgery.

The doctor claimed that Kim likely went under multiple different procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift, nose job, boob job, and liposuction.

 

 

However, the doctor added that he’s “definitely a fan of the work she’s had done.”

“She looks beautiful and has aged nicely. She’s appeared to reduce the BBL procedure and gone for a more natural and sophisticated result, which looks amazing,” he said.

In addition to Kim’s rumored surgeries, fans have expressed their shock over her weight loss.

Last week, the star flaunted her slimmed-down figure in a tiny bra and Prada skirt, leading many to comment on her very thin shape.

“[Kim] looks very thin…her curves looked so good,” lamented one fan on Reddit.

PEARLY WHITES

Alongside Kim’s altered facial features and figure, fans think she’s had another, more subtle change made to her appearance.

The star changed her TikTok photo to a close-up photo of her face with her mouth wide open to show off her teeth, and fans were sure she’d had veneers installed.

On a forum dedicated to the Kardashians, one fan reposted the pic and wrote, “Kim’s TikTok profile picture.”

“Omg her veneers are massive,” another fan responded.

“I wonder how much she paid for teeth whitening… Like all her other cosmetic procedures,” added another.

“Oof, girl no, stop,” a third fan slammed.
