TRAVIS Kelce had admitted he’ll find it hard to know when to retire as he simply loves football so much.

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar is ready for a new NFL season, when Andy Reid’s team will be aiming for an historic third Super Bowl triumph in a row.

Kelce’s life is a whirlwind on and off the field right now.

Not only is he part of an all-conquering Chiefs team, but his girlfriend is singing icon Taylor Swift.

Swift attended a number of Chiefs games last season, including their Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas.

Kelce has spent as much time with Swift as possible in recent months, even with her performing throughout Europe on her Eras Tour.

Kelce even made an appearance on stage at one of the concerts, at Wembley Stadium in London.

Tight end Kelce signed a new two-year contract worth $34.25 million earlier this year.

Ahead of Thursday’s season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, the 34-year-old was asked juggling his different commitments and how he stays focused on football.

“I just love coming in here, man,” he said.

“I mentioned that St. Joe [the Chiefs preseason training camp] is my sanctuary.

“I just love football. It takes me away from life and gives me something I can be genuinely happy about.

Patrick Mahomes claims Taylor Swift is ‘drawing up plays’ and Travis Kelce’s girlfriend is ‘really interested’ in football
“I enjoy coming in the building and working on my craft, getting to understand a new game plan and perfecting that with people around me.

“It gives me a purpose to go about my day and live my life.

“I have so much excitement doing it. It’s going to be hard to know when to call it quits or not.”

Kelce also presents the popular “New Heights” podcast with his brother Jason, who retired from the NFL this year after 13 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The pair recently sealed a new $100million deal with Amazon-owned Wondery for rights to the podcast.

The Chiefs, with quarterback Patrick Mahomes, have dominated the sport in recent times.

They won the 2020 Super Bowl, beating the 49ers in Miami.

That was followed by successive victories, against the Eagles in 2023 and then the 49ers this year.

Plenty of teams have won doubles before, but never before has there been a hat-trick of successive wins in the NFL’s biggest game.
